Whiteford Valley & Woodlawn Rewards Program

A new program that allows you to earn rewards dollars every time you play Whiteford Valley or Woodlawn. All you have to do is schedule a tee time, present your rewards card at time of check in and any purchases in the Pro-Shop will be credited towards your account. The best part of the program is that it is FREE!!! All you need to do is sign up for the card.

Whiteford/Woodlawn Rewards is the official rewards program exclusively designed for Whiteford Valley and Woodlawn to provide special benefits just for playing golf and making Pro-Shop purchases.

Golfers will earn rewards dollars for every paid round of golf at each facility. They will also earn rewards dollars for all purchases made in the Pro-Shop. Group payments for golf leagues, golf outings, special events along with annual corporate membership packages will not be eligible for the Rewards Program.

A golfer may redeem Rewards Dollars after reaching an awards level or continue saving until reaching the next awards level. When the rewards dollars are redeemed, the rewards dollars are deducted from the account and the remaining balance will remain active.

Rewards Accounts will be activated with your intial Pro-Shop purchase. Accounts will be updated daily.
Golfers may update their account information simply by filling out a change of address form or by calling the appropriate Pro-Shop.

Whiteford Valley and Woodlawn reserve the right to terminate the Rewards Program at any time. Upon termination, a cancellation notice will be provided and all outstanding certificates will be honored.
There are six levels of Reward Dollars. Stop in the Pro-Shop for the various levels and offers.

Marathon Golf Outings - Weekday

Daylight - 4:00 P.M. - $2500 per course
Daylight - 8:00 P.M - $3500 per course(Friday's)

Marathon Golf Outings - Weekend

Daylight - 4:00 P.M. - $5000 per course
Daylignt - 8:00 P.M. - $7000 per course

$32.00 charge for each cart used in Marathon Outing (Daylight - 4:00 P.M.)
$42.00 charge for each cart used in Marathon Outing (Daylight - 8: P.M.)
This charge includes use of carts by Volunteers

Driving Range Rates:

$3.00 per token-equals about 35 range balls per token. Unlimited range balls prior to outing - $2.00 per player.

Food Services:
All food and beverages MUST be purchased from Whiteford Valley Golf Club. Guarranteed minimum count are due 72 hrs. prior to the outing. Any tip for food and service is at your discretion. Menus and food price list available upon request.

Deposit Requirements:
12-36 players $150.00
37-72 players $250.00
73-144 players $400.00
Over 144 players $500.00
